Scott System collaborated with LHV Precast to deliver a custom EPS foam formwork solution for a new culvert at the Lackawanna Cutoff Andover Station in New Jersey.
Scope of Work
We designed and fabricated custom concrete formwork using 2.0# density EPS, featuring a polyurethane-coated pour face for enhanced durability. The reusable foam void forms were engineered for efficiency, allowing reuse on both sides of the culvert. Our CNC-milled EPS foam forming ensured precision for the precast concrete forms, streamlining the construction process and delivering a high-quality architectural concrete solution.
